With nearly three decades of real estate experience in Las Vegas, Jana brings a level of expertise, dedication, and professionalism that clients can rely on.
Originally from the Czech Republic, Jana began her career as a school teacher before moving to the United States. She discovered that this experience helped her to understand people: their goals, concerns, and dreams. This ability to empathize and meet her clients needs is why Jana is consistently recognized by peers and clients as one of the top real estate professionals in Las Vegas.
Before entering the industry, Jana built an impressive career in Las Vegas’ world-renowned hospitality sector. She worked at the Las Vegas Hilton and Caesars Palace, where she broke new ground as the city’s first female Food & Beverage Manager in a traditionally male-dominated field. She later served as Vice President of Regency West, a boutique international manufacturer of premium specialty restaurant equipment before entering real estate.
Her work ethic and client-first philosophy defines her real estate practice today.
Jana approaches every transaction with a simple belief: when you commit to something, you give it your very best. She is known for her quick responsiveness, attention to detail, and unwavering follow-through. Jana consistently delivers exceptional service to all of her clients.
